www.enchanted-wood.co.uk is the online home of Enchanted Wood (UK) Limited, a family-run toy business established for over 10 years with 3 retail stores in Surrey in Farnham, Guildford and Haslemere and a full-service warehousing facility.

Our goal is to give customers a shopping experience that they will enjoy and want to use again and again.

At Enchanted Wood we pride ourselves on offering unrivalled product knowledge and the highest levels of customer service. Our staff are dedicated and well-informed and always willing and eager to help you - whether in person or through our on-line service.

With over 6,000 square feet of retail space in our 3 stores, we are one of the largest independents retailers of mainstream toy brands in the southeast of England, with over 150 active suppliers to our retail stores.

Gift Wrapping

If you would like us to make your purchase even more special, why not use our Gift Wrapping service. We will carefully wrap your item with quality paper and ribbon suitable for the gift you have chosen and if you want to add a personal message, we will hand-write this onto a card and attach it to the gift.

General gift paper costs £1.00 per item and Birthday, Wedding or Christmas paper £1.25 per item.  Gift cards are £0.50.
